Policies
- Your account can be settled by the preferred payment form of check or cash. Debit/Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard.
- Entire Inn, Guest Lodge, and Guest House is Smoke-Free.
- Pet-free environment with kennel close by.
- Not responsible for theft or damage to personal property.
- Rates are for one or two people and include a full gourmet breakfast, except where noted. Rates are subject to change prior to confirming a reservation.
- A confirmed reservation will be guaranteed and held by the guest’s credit card towards a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay. No credit card pre-charges will be made. In case of a cancellation that does not adhere to our policy, then the card will be charged. Payment by check or cash upon check-in is appreciated and preferred.
- A two night minimum stay is required on all major holidays and holiday weekends throughout the year including the weekends of May18, September 28, October 5, 12, 19, 2012.
- Check- in: between 4:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m with an advance reservation. For Same-Day Reservations please call to make your reservation and arrange your check-in time. For potential guests thinking of just dropping-in, it is advised to call as you may incur no staff available.
- Early Check-in Requests: We will try our best to accommodate these requests. Requests prior to 1:00 pm will have a$10.00 fee added to room charges.
- Late Arrivals after 10:00 p.m.: A $10.00 per hour fee will apply to Late Check-in’s after 10:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
- Children over eight years old welcome. No sleeping bags or cots can be brought in to rooms.
- Refund of Deposit Policy: Refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation notice is received eight calendar days prior to arrival date. If less than eight days and we can re-rent the room, refund will apply.
- Early Departure Fee: From the original reservation, a 50% fee will apply on unused original length of stay on early departures.
- Stays of 4 or more nights will require a 50% deposit by check or money order with-in 7 days of making the reservation.
- Visitor Policy: The Westby House is a very private place for rest and relaxation. Use of the room/suite areas is reserved exclusively for our registered guests. No visitors please to guest rooms and/or suites.
- Group Reservations Policy: Any groups of 4 or more room/suites must reserve all available rooms/suites in the Main House and Guest House before reserving any Guest Lodge accommodations. Refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation notice is received thirty calendar days prior to arrival date. If less than thirty days and we can re-rent the room, refund will apply. The Advance Deposit of one night is payable by check or money order only and due within 7 days of making reservation.
Arrival Information:
The Westby House is located 1/4 block west of the Main St. and W. State St. intersection in Westby.
Main Street is also State Highways 27 and 14/61 which come through Westby. Once you have made your turn on W. State. St., turn right on Ramsland St. from W. State St. to enter our own parking lot behind the inn. Registration is the oval glass door at the top of the walk-up ramp. If the door is locked, use the phone to the right of the door and announce your arrival when we answer.
